We stand behind our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 45-day return policy.
Return Window
45-Day Return Guarantee — from the date of delivery.
You have 45 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. After this period, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be in its original condition — unused or minimally used
- Item must be in the original packaging with all included accessories
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) must be provided
- The return must be initiated within the 45-day window
Items that show signs of physical damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper handling are not eligible for a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items purchased as part of a final sale or clearance promotion
- Gift cards
- Items returned after the 45-day window
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact our support team at contact@mvedeals.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.
Please do not send items back without first receiving return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit during the return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Stripe) within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at contact@mvedeals.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
